Rod Baker

Rod left home at sixteen and spent five years in the British Merchant Navy. Since moving to BC in 1968, he worked as a mate on tugboats, a boat builder, businessman, psychotherapist, and executive director of mental health organizations.

Since moving to beautiful Lions Bay, he was inspired to become an author and has written three books –

“I Need my Yacht by Friday — True Tales from the Boat Repair Yard.”  2016

“Um, Where is Belize?”  2017

A fourth book is underway titled “Unsteady Work & other Bumps in the Road.”
